Specific Responsibilities :
1) Accountable for achieving Sales targets for a city / location through Direct efforts or through assigned relationships (DSA / of rolls resources).
2) Market the assigned products and grow the business through existing and new relationships.
3) Development of channels for provision of the highest level of service
- Achieve the sales budgets set for a channel or group of channels
- Build and manage direct and indirect sourcing channels, Alternate channels,
4)Tele-Sales to achieve the required channel and product mix
5)Grow the existing channels and develop alternate sourcing channels, Tele-Sales channels and referral channel to meet the current and future business projections
6)Manage profitability Productivity, Yield and acquisition cost within the budgeted levels..
