- Responsibilities Achieve targets for the Mortgages/Loan against Property business through lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market and alternate channels
- Supervising DST and DSA team
- Monitoring Branches and setting targets for them
- Develop and Manage DSA Network for mortgage loans in Geographical region
- Analyze and formulate the sales plans and strategy and achieve the revenue budget through the team of Sales Managers and Relationship Manager
- Providing training to the channel partners (DSA) for updating the policy changes and to keep them motivated
- Preparing and maintaining various MIS reports for the reference of top management
- Track performance on an ongoing basis with respect to the business plan and take appropriate actions to achieve targets
- Monitor and Manages territory performance and P and L
- Assists in negotiation of terms and follows through to closing
- Implements procedures and training to prevent frauds
- Understand competitor Bank products and Services property, loans, training, loans against property, business plan, channel partners
- Ensure that products services that reach the target customer also to originate conclude a business transaction by demonstrating a convincing value proposition to a potential customer
- Thoroughly understand the relevant markets with a view to quickly grasp trends and suitable solutions that can be structured for a customer.
